There seems to be a love-hate relationship going on with systems advertised as removing hair permanently. For example if you look at the One Touch electrolysis system, some people say that it has been a Godsend to them and others that it is the worst thing they ever bought and that it was useless and a complete waste of money.
How can a simple machine provoke such different reactions?
I guess it’s a case of a poor workman (or woman) blaming their tools. A professional using a permanent hair remover machine at a salon will have undergone intensive treatment usually for months and yet people expect to pick up a machine which has virtually equal power and expect to be able to use it straight away and without a bit of trial and error.
No one is an expert overnight yet many buyers of these machines expect to become one by handing over a few dollars for a piece of kit. Give someone a golf club and it doesn’t make them Tiger Woods so why do people expect to carry out a tricky procedure on their excess hair just by buying a hair removal product?
