Stop eating food for the next 3 days straight and just drink juice and water. That’s it. That is the whole diet for fast weight loss right there. You could not screw this up if you tried….the only way is by cheating and eating. People will argue that this is not healthy but in fact it is extremely healthy and it is also natural. People and animals have been fasting for thousands of years. We do so naturally when we get ill so that we can heal faster.
