Buying A New Motorcycle

I’ve been looking for a new motorcycle for a few months to take the place of my Honda CB500 which I decided wasn’t up to the job of transporting me over the highways at high speed. Don’t get me wrong the Honda is a good bike but I initially bought it as a starter bike to help me learn to ride better after passing my test at the end of last year. After 7 months charging around on it I felt that I deserved to move up to something that had a bit more power and could handle the roads better.

After doing a few weeks of research on the Internet I decided to buy a Suzuki SV650 from Ebay. It isn’t my dream motorcycle by any means but its a real step up from the Honda and I feel more like a motorcyclist. All I need to add are a custom motorcycle number plate, an after market exhaust, some new mirrors and my ride will be ready long summer motorcycle touring.
