The Napa Valley is world renowned for its wine and food. Many of the best wines in the world come from this area, and French Laundry in Yountville is considered one of the best restaurants. That’s fine and great, but what if you don’t have $300 for dinner and $100 for wine? Eat at the other restaurants! The casual restaurants in Napa are worthy of those same great titles, but without the pretense that they carry. These restaurants cater to the locals and the tourists, have excellent food, and thorough wine and beer menus. The Bay Area is known as one of the most foodie-centric regions of the country, and the Napa Valley is the food lovers sub-region. Come visit for the wine, but stay for the food.
