Body Cleansing Regimen Other Than Lemonade Diet

There is much information on body cleanse regimens that you can get online aside from the famous lemonade diet. First we need to understand why we need to do body cleansing.  We do it because we want a healthier body. If you feel tired even early in the morning maybe it is time to do a body cleansing. There is a couple of body cleansing regimens that I can recommend where you do not have to limit your food intake.

Personally, I have not tried any lemonade diet. The fact that it requires some types of fasting makes it something that I do not want to do. I want a diet that does not require my body to suffer. I want something that has no restrictions. Good thing I like vegetables and fruits and I can stand even a month just eating these kinds of food.

If you share the same sentiments as me, then I can recommend the “Brown Rice Cleanse”. Obviously it uses brown rice as the main ingredient in your diet. The difference between brown rice and the white rice is the milling process. Milling of brown rice only removes the cover of the grain which is not edible while the white race undergoes a series of processes that remove almost all the germ layer. Brown rice is not just nutritious and good for the body but is also a power cleanser. It contains a high amount of fiber which is great for colon cleansing. It acts like a vacuum cleaner that grabs toxins in your body and then flushes them out. These toxins can cause your body to malfunction resulting to illnesses.

This type of body cleansing regimen is a very high fiber diet and also flexible when it comes to servings.  You can definitely eat as much as you can as long as you only eat the right fruits and vegetables. Do this religiously for one week and you will definitely get great results.

Another diet is the seven-day cleansing diet. There are many kinds of regimen that involves this program. In general, this diet is about not eating food that contributes toxins to our body namely meat, poultry, white flour, and processed foods. There is no fasting and food intake limitation. You can eat anything but it should be raw and unprocessed. After the regimen, do not eat as much as you did before. Do it gradually for another week and after that you can eat just like before or better lessen intake of processed food.

Always remember that body cleansing is about removing toxins while being gentle to your body. Diet that involves fasting like lemonade diet is harsh for you. It is not the amount of food you eat, it is the quality and nutritional value that counts. So try something that you do not have to suffer. Above it all, you have to change your lifestyle for the better.
