Is it Cold or Flu?

If you are feeling ill and are not sure wither you have cold or flu, the easiest way to know is to compare the symptoms.  When doing flu symptoms comparison against the symptoms of a cold, the difference stands out clearly.  A cold is a very mild flu and the symptoms are light fever, runny nose and a feeling slightly weaker.  The symptoms do not stray much past these and the overall feeling of illness is not severe.

Flu on the other hand is something that affects you much more severely.  The symptoms are fever, sore throat, headache, runny nose and feeling very weak.  These symptoms are un-mistakable and when you have the flu, you should see a doctor as soon as possible.  A cold is much less severe and recovering is much quicker and easier.
For both cases it would be important to drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest until you recover completely.
