You don’t need a gym or any fancy equipment to be healthy and fit. All you have to own is maybe a pair of good quality trainers and some motivation and dedication. The most easy abs exercise is also running and crunches, you can also do these exercises in the comfort of your own home or at least the running part in your neighborhood’s yard. Running is also a great way to stay fit and healthy. It increases your cardiovascular health and fitness and it also makes you happy from all the happy hormones your body is producing while you are running. Crunches are good to strengthen your abs and running is good for burning off excess fat. Just make sure that your running environment is safe and that you can be seen if you jog at night.
