By buying your boxes you will get a choice in size and strength of box, so your heavier items can go in smaller boxes and the lighter items can go in the larger boxes. Not only do you get a choice in size of box but also whether it is single or double walled. If you have heavier of valuable items going in to a box then you should opt for a double walled version. It is much stronger than its single walled version.
