Upholstered Tub Chairs

If your tub chair is looking a bit tired and worn there is a solution to bring it back to life. The answer is to have it upholstered. This is basically a work over, and involves stripping the entire chair not just the fabric. It is an expensive job, and so to get the most value out of this you need to have a quality chair to begin with. There is not much point in re-upholstering a cheap tub chair because it will probably cost more than the chair would when it was new.

The springs will need to be replaced along with the cushions and joints. Finally the entire covering will be replaced as well. You are basically getting a brand new chair after the job is completed. You need to make sure the person doing the work is well qualified, so check their reputation or previous work.
