The Ocean Kayak Prowler 13 is one of Ocean Kayaks best selling models, and for good reason. This boat, coming in at 13 feet long, is loaded with options. We tested the angler version, and it included a seat back, and two flush mount rod holders. The positioning of them is suprisingly useful, considering most companies just throw them in wherever they can fit them. Not the case with Ocean, and the Prowler. They are actually within reach, and without having to form into a pretzel to get your rods out of them. At 30 inches wide, you can get away with more on this kayak than most, however, it is still going to feel a bit tippy at first.
