My friend Peter is a professional interior designer and he has such a good eye. He’s so original in the way he sees things, when I go into a shop or look at things online I can’t see beyond the set up that is advertised and if I don’t like that then I can’t see beyond it. Peter is so imaginative though and really opened my eyes when he let me pretend to be his assistant for the day. We had to go out and find suitable canopy bed bedding for this clients new bedroom. Peter had already bought a huge new canopy bed but he showed me how to really bring the furniture to life by choosing the right bedding for it. I never would have been as adventurous as he was. I guess that’s why he’s a pro.
