There is no right and wrong way to build lean muscle mass, but it is going to take a long time to build, if you want to maintain it easily. You can go on these stuff your face and lift as heavy as you can diets, but you have to keep in mind that while you will gain weight, and look good for a day or two, once you feel proud of yourself, you are going to quit working out. This is because you didn’t commit to the lifestyle change involved in really building lean muscle mass, and keeping it on for the long haul.
Once you can get it in your head that you are going to have to work for a long time to build lean muscle that will stick, you will be ahead of the rest of the pack.
