It’s a lazy afternoon, and there are no TV shows worth watching. You’ve watched all the DVDs in your collection, and, frankly, you’re not in the mood to repeat any of them. It seems unfair that on the one day you get a break, nothing interests you. You want to stay at home. So you decide to finish that book that has been collecting dust on your nightstand. The truth is, you’re bored. Even this paragraph is starting to make you sleepy. Ah, sleep. But sleeping on the bed is just too boring. The couch is just too stuffy. Eureka! You get an epiphany. You go to the basement and unearth the beach lounge chair you bought at a sale a couple of years ago. This one has a fabulous wooden frame and a hot pink cloth seat. Suddenly, your boredom is gone. You now have something to do: you have to clean the basement.
