If I showed you a simple exercise with no side effects that can help with the hot flashes of menopause, would you be willing to give it a try? I hope you will because it does truly work, plus it is cost free, has no side effects and has many other benefits like reducing stress, anxiety and other signs of menopause.

This exercise is simply called meditative breathing or paced respiration and it is especially helpful in controlling hot flashes. It lowers both the amount of hot flashes experienced and the other all severity of the hot flashes.

To do the exercise, sit in a comfortable relaxing place and breathe in very deeply expanding your diaphragm. Inhale slowly for 5 seconds, and then exhale slowly for 5 seconds. Do this twice a day for 15 minutes each time and see if this doesn’t help with your symptoms.
